“Evening rituals designed to soften the body, restore balance, and help you bloom.”

About Thula & Bloom
Thula & Bloom is a self-care rituals brand created to support those who need to take a breath, and slow down.
At the heart of the brand is the protea — my favourite South African flower and a symbol of resilience, adaptation, and strength through change. The protea blooms in its own time, even in challenging conditions, and that philosophy runs through everything we create.
Thula & Bloom began with a simple intention: to make self-care part of everyday life — not something reserved for weekends, holidays, or moments of burnout. As women move through midlife and beyond, rest, sleep, and nervous-system support become essential, not optional. Our products are designed to help create small, repeatable rituals that support calm, comfort, and restoration.
The heart of our range focuses on evening wind-down rituals — magnesium blends, bath and foot soaks, and essential-oil candles that help signal rest, ease tension, and support better sleep. These moments are about creating space: lighting a candle, soaking tired feet, massaging magnesium into the skin, and allowing the body to soften after a long day.
Skincare sits gently alongside this philosophy. Our formulations are minimal, purposeful, and created to support skin as part of overall wellbeing — never as a complicated routine or quick fix. Products are free from fillers, parabens, silicones, and unnecessary synthetics, and are designed with dry, sensitive, or maturing skin in mind.
Everything is handcrafted in small batches using plant-based, largely organic ingredients, with subtle essential oil blends or fragrance-free options to respect sensitivities. All formulations are independently CPSR-certified, ensuring safety, compliance, and peace of mind.
Thula & Bloom is rooted in intentional simplicity: thoughtfully selected ingredients, skin-kind formulations, conscious sourcing, and rituals that restore — free from unnecessary additives.
