Our concentrated balm is blended with nourishing plant butters to soften the skin while delivering targeted support. It’s great for massaging into tired muscles, shoulders, legs or feet as part of your evening ritual, although we recommend massaging onto the soles of your feet for maximum absorption.

Apply a berry size portion to clean feet, massaging until absorbed into the skin.
Best used in the evening approximately 20 minutes before bedtime.
A mild tingling sensation may occur on first application — this is normal and usually settles as skin adapts.
