Massage into feet, legs or sore areas as part of an evening wind-down. Blended to soften skin and support tired muscles; for best absorption, massage onto the soles of the feet.

Apply a berry size portion to clean feet, massaging until absorbed into the skin.
Best used in the evening approximately 20 minutes before bedtime.
A mild tingling sensation may occur on first application — this is normal and usually settles as skin adapts.
